Scope, contract value and payment schedule are signed and clear.

Construction
Foundation to roof, with supervision and material control.

Quality inspection
Each stage is checked before the next one begins.

Finishing
Plastering, tiling, painting, fittings and interior work.

Handover
Final inspection, cleaning and key delivery.
